Just 200 metres from Place Travot, our bed & breakfast is located in the heart of Cholet, a few minutes' walk from its shops, restaurants, and the train station.
The nearby Mondement car park ("Parking Mondement") offers easy access to Suite 14 at the reduced cost of €0.80 for a full night from 8pm to 8am. Guests arriving by train can reach their room on foot in 10 minutes from the station (850 metres away).
Inside, you'll enjoy a space of around 75 m², including a spacious living area and a semi-independent entrance.
In the outdoor courtyard, you can enjoy breakfast in the morning or a hot drink in the evening in the open air, in peace and quiet, away from traffic noise.

As a bed & breakfast, our rates include breakfast, which is generous and of high quality. And to keep things simple, tourist tax is also included.
We offer a personalised check-in from 6pm, or earlier upon request, and are available to ensure the best possible conditions throughout your stay, until check-out at 10:30am.
We can welcome families or small groups of one to five people, including a maximum of four adults or guests aged 14 and over. Babies/children under two are accommodated free of charge (up to two), without breakfast. We provide a travel cot for babies (without sheets, blanket, or pillow).
In detail, Suite 14 consists of a large ground-floor living room, a separate toilet, a shower room, and three bedrooms upstairs:
- a large bedroom with two single beds
- a master bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 cm)
- a third small bedroom adjoining the master bedroom, with a futon sofa suitable for a child or teenager under 14.
